We’re looking for someone who can pair creative instinct with consistency. You’ll help shape voice, plan content, publish on schedule, and make performance easy to understand — so our clients always know what’s working and what’s next.

• Create and manage content calendars across platforms
• Write strong captions and short-form copy aligned to brand voice
• Coordinate assets with design (or create light edits when needed)
• Track performance and report insights clearly (weekly/monthly)
• Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and best practices

• Strong writing and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working with basic analytics and performance metrics
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple accounts

This role is the bridge between client communication, project coordination, and performance reporting. You’ll help keep accounts organized, make timelines predictable, and ensure clients always have clear visibility into what’s happening and why — with calm, polished communication.

On the data side, you’ll help gather metrics across web + social, maintain lightweight dashboards, and turn results into concise summaries and next-step recommendations. You don’t need to be a data scientist — but you do need to be comfortable with numbers and with explaining them clearly.

• Own client communication: updates, action items, follow-ups, and meeting notes
• Keep projects on track (timelines, deliverables, approvals, and scope alignment)
• Coordinate across internal workstreams (design, social, analytics, web)
• Maintain simple reporting dashboards and monthly summaries
• Translate performance data into clear “what happened / why / what we do next” insights

• Strong writing + professional, confident client communication
• Highly organized: you love checklists, timelines, and clean handoffs
• Comfort with analytics basics (GA4/Meta/LinkedIn reporting is a plus)
• Ability to prioritize across multiple clients and keep everyone aligned
